The GPs that I have dealt with have all been attentive and thorough but the receptionists are really who set this practice apart from the rest. They are all so caring and very efficient. I've been able to get any last minute appointments, especially for my children because the receptionists take their time and listen.

I have been a patient for thirty five years and have witnessed many improvements, such as medicinal treatments, quick assessments to Consultants if needed, also invites back if my complaint lingers. My GP is most patient explaining her prognosis to me, which makes me feel assured. I find the receptionists cheerful and helpful which means a lot when one is feeling low. This surgery is tops with all involved doing a great job under pressures with the amount of patients they have to treat. I would like to a distribution of patients to some areas where surgeries don't have the over flow such as Sheen Lane.

I chose this surgery due to the high online score in terms of patient satisfaction. The reality is a huge disappointment. The most helpful people here are the receptionists & I have seen 6 different GP's. Time to leave & find a Dr & surgery that listens & cares about my health. Perhaps if I had a different ethnicity my experience would have been better.

This is a very busy surgery but the receptionists are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The nursing and podiatry staff are also very pleasant.

I cannot fault the care given by Dr Johnson and partners GP surgery. The whole team are efficient, caring and hard working. Always with politeness and a smile, nothing is ever too much for this practice. In particular I would like to thank the incredibly efficient reception staff and dr gorolay for my recent care which has been for many months and a very difficult time for me. It is easy to make and get an appointment. Even easy to request a prescription online or images from a scan to take to a specialist. Thank you all.
